Newly renovated with new furniture, the unit includes 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private on-suite bathroom, new beds and nightstands, along with a work desk and storage in each room along with a new desk chair.  The open concept, living room and kitchen area include either a large sectional or 2 couches, a large screen TV, granite kitchen countertops and center island with Kitchen sink and new counter stools. Both units have full washer and dryer units and ample free parking.  Each unit has an outdoor patio section with grade level access to the outdoors.

As of December 2025, the CAT Bus Seneca/Clemson Express provides a direct, fare-free connection from Seneca to Clemson University, operating Monday through Friday with departures as early as 5:45 a.m. from key Seneca stops like Oconee Memorial Hospital and Hartwell Village, arriving at campus destinations such as Thornhill Village and East Library Circle in about 30-40 minutes. While no dedicated CAT stop exists directly at 1613 Muscovy Way in the Twelve Mile Walk community, residents can easily walk or drive 1-2 miles to the Hartwell Village Apartments stop, a primary pickup point on the express route, with hourly services available from 6:20 a.m. to 6:20 p.m. for most Seneca lines, ensuring reliable commutes for students and commuters alike.
